Broward Healthy Start Coalition Inc. collaborates with Pediatricians in Broward County to complete referrals for the Healthy Start program. When a need is identified for an infant, the Pediatricians refer the infant by completing a referral form for services to the Healthy Start program. This risk assessment instrument assist in identifying risk factors associated with the infant’s development. Call the Coalition for more information.
